Jalapeno Swing is a sweet red pepper and jalapeno pepper jam. heat level is very mild.  Try it with cheese and crackers, or mix it with mayonnaise and serve it with crab cakes. If you like the flavor of pepper jams, but not much heat, then this jam is for you.
